Pre-booking bulkhead or exit row seats
Thomas Cook Canada is pleased to announce that passengers are now able to pre-book bulkhead or exit row seats at a cost of CAD $25 for bulkhead rows or $35 for exit rows per person, per flight segment. Click here to reserve your seats.
Please be advised that if you have booked a Ruby upgrade service on your flight, then advanced seat selection of bulkhead row is CAD $10 or exit row seats is CAD $20 per person, per flight segment. Exit row advanced seat selection cannot be guaranteed and may change without notice. Exit row seating is restricted to able-bodied adults (must be 16 years of age or older) who will be required to assist in the unlikely event of an emergency. Passengers with a visual or hearing impairment, passengers with a disability or those travelling with infant(s) cannot occupy these seats. If passengers book an exit row seat and do not meet these requirements at the time of travel, they will be re-seated and a refund of the advanced seat selection fee will not be issued.
Bulkhead advanced seat selection cannot be guaranteed and may change without notice. Please note that passengers who require special seating due to a medical condition will be given priority when assigning these seats. If you book a bulkhead seat and are required to move to accommodate a medical passenger, you will be re-seated and the refund for the cost of your advanced seat selection will be issued. Please be advised that legroom in the bulkhead row is limited due to bulkhead positioning.
Changes to specific seat assignments
Passengers may make a change to their seat reservation up to 48 hours prior to your flight’s scheduled departure and will be subject to an administration fee of CAD $20. In order to make a change, please contact 1-888-599-0789 and select touch tone option 1.
Refund policy
Refunds will not be provided to passengers who cancel their reservation prior to travel or who upgrade either at the airport or onboard. Thomas Cook Canada will not provide a refund of advanced seat selection fees if passengers receive a seat within 3 rows of their original booking. If we do not meet this service level passengers will be entitled to a refund of their advanced seat selection booking fee. To claim a refund, passengers must submit a copy of the boarding pass(es) plus a copy of the advanced seat selection confirmation and their contact information within 30 days of their return flight.
