Check-in and boarding timesWhat time should I arrive at the airport? Please ensure that you have all the necessary documentation ready when you arrive at the check-in counter. Check-in for all flights open 3 hours prior to departure and close 60 minutes prior to departure. For security reasons, all passengers must be present for check-in. Please also note that Thomas Cook Canada reserves the right to deny travel to passengers arriving late and we will not be held responsible or liable if you miss your flight or are denied boarding.
Airport security

Disinsection
Aircraft disinsection is the spraying of an aircraft to prevent the importation of foreign insects that may carry disease or damage crops.
Disinsection is done in compliance with the requirements of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the International Civil Aviation Organization. Transport Canada requires all Canadian air carriers to comply with the disinsection requirements of all countries to which they fly. Disinsection is carried out year round.
Failure to carry out disinsection may result in disembarkation being refused and remedial disinsection treatment being undertaken on the ground by local health authorities.
Spraying is required on certain routes by the countries listed below. This may change seasonally.
